New Employee Experience Coordinator joins RMS

A warm welcome to Employee Experience Coordinator, Tanice Jackson 🙌 

Birmingham-based Tanice will enhance our employee journey – the first dedicated role of its kind. 

Tanice worked in operations in catering for eight years before moving into finance and the healthcare sector where her last position was as a Clinical Services Mental Health Scheme Manager.  

Her new role will involve managing the employee life cycle: fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing the employee journey and ensuring the overall well-being of all employees.  

“My aim is to make sure each and every member of staff feels valued, supported and empowered to perform their best. It’s all about doing what I can to offer a great employee experience. Well-being and inclusion are paramount, as well as making sure everyone has a voice,” she said. 

 “The more I read about the role I thought ‘this is perfect for me!’ Advocating for others and keeping everyone in the loop. I felt very lucky when I got the call to say I got the job. I want to make a difference.”
