Established in Darlington in 2000 by Carole Martin, Resource Management Solutions NE Ltd (RMS) is one of the UK’s leading recruitment and HR organisations.

At RMS we specialise in recruitment, HR managed services and payroll solutions, working alongside multiple leading automotive, engineering, manufacturing and commercial companies. With the nature of our work and continual growth we have achieved year-on-year, we are always looking for talented and driven graduates, experienced recruiters and HR professionals to join our award-winning business.
