Carole has been involved in the Recruitment and HR industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of senior executive level experience. Carole has successfully tendered for business, won numerous awards and dealt with many prestigious Automotive organisations.
Interesting fact: Carole does a lot of fundraising and has recently completed the amazing achievement of walking the full 190 miles of the ‘Wainwrights Coast 2 Coast’ in just 6 days to raise funds for PTSD Resolution.

Elly joined RMS in November 2010 as an Executive Assistant with 20 years’ experience of working at CEO and board level.
An extremely strong and well qualified Executive Assistant, Elly is an invaluable member of the RMS team. Elly works closely with Carole and takes on several tasks at any given time, meaning she is well organised. She is very technically savvy and is often the go to person when it comes to problem solving! Elly creates and enforces policies for effective data management & analysis, and is also a GDPR qualified practitioner, keeping the business in line with the relevant compliance surrounding this area.
Interesting fact: Elly once featured in the Times Newspaper!
Joined RMS in November 2000
One of the longest standing members of the team, Leon has been with the business since day one and has been a huge part of developing RMS into what it is today.
Leon has responsibility for Finance, Payroll and IT, as well as being involved in overall executive level operations. As part of the senior management team Leon leads a number of change initiatives and projects within the Finance arena, as well as setting and driving the strategic direction for the company.
Interesting facts: Leon was part of the British Army for 6 years. He is also a keen Golfer and member of Darlington Golf Club.

A longstanding and extremely important cog in the business, Nikki has been with RMS since 2004.
Nikki is a major force behind delivering a first class service to our clients as part of the senior management team. She has tremendous knowledge of the HR and recruitment industry, and is the hub within RMS when it comes to operational support and guidance. Nikki is a key decision maker within RMS when it comes to recruitment and operational decisions and is constantly looking at ways to drive the business forward.
Interesting fact: Nikki is related to Fergal Sharkey – thats why she has a good heart!
Joined RMS in September 2009
A highly experienced and skilled HR professional, Jo joined RMS in September 2009.
Jo is responsible for 5 Automotive sites across the UK and regularly deals with high level OEM and tier 1 organisations. She is extremely professional in her role and has provided fantastic support on site to our clients and candidates a like when it comes to any issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, policies, procedures, large recruitment drives and strategic management. Jo also works closely with Carole and Nikki to ensure operations on site are ran efficiently and is a key member of the management team here at RMS.
Interesting fact: Jo is a keen traveller and previously had a year out to explore Australia and Asia.
HR Operations Manager
Joined RMS in April 2011
A knowledgeable and very astute HR professional, Laura joined the RMS team in April 2011.
Laura is RMS’ contact for all legal matters and contractual issues. She is very experienced when it comes to contract and employment law regulations and is always attending numerous courses in order to remain up to date with legislation. In her role, Laura works closely with Carole, Jo and the rest of the on site Managed Services team to ensure operations are ran smoothly and is a key contact at the Southampton site for RMS.
Interesting fact: Laura is a keen sportswomen and competed as a show jumper in her teens.

A professional and knowledgeable HR Manager with over 25 years experience in the Manufacturing and Automotive industries, Nicky joined RMS in November 2010.
Having spent much of her career in the fast paced and demanding Engineering sector, Nicky currently manages our new site in Corby. She regularly deals with executive senior management clients and has experience dealing with such things as disciplinaries, grievances, policies, procedures, large recruitment drives and strategic management. Nicky comes from a strong Automotive background having worked for BMW in Thorne for over 6 years.
Interesting fact: With a nickname of ‘Tequila Tooke’, Nicky is a big fan of Tequila!

Employed as our Operations Manager, Natalie is responsible for delivering a quality recruitment service that is focused on and driven by the needs of our clients and candidates. She conveys a quality service, ensuring our roles are filled correctly, on time and in budget.
Natalie manages the recruitment lifecycle of temporary and permanent vacancies across a variety of different sectors and takes an extremely hands on approach towards her role and her team to ensure we, as a business, always deliver on our promises. Quite simply, Natalie is at the centre of our operations and a very important cog in the company network.
