Automotive Administrator

Based at a busy vehicle import centre in Southampton Docks, we are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our automotive Customer Service team.

Contract: Temp to Perm

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4.30pm

Duties: Liaising over email and telephone with automotive corporate customers, booking out vehicles for delivery, handling customer complaints, chasing onsite Workshop for delivery dates, uploading POD’s, running Excel reports, monitoring deliveries. Updating database, data entry, general office duties.

It is essential that all applicants have a strong knowledge of Excel and have previously used this for reporting.
