RMS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join an Engineering company based in Middlesbrough.

About the role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility.

This is a long-term temporary position with the potential of going permanent.

The salary is £13.45 per hour working day shifts Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Preform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
• Clean and maintain bathroom facilities including toilets, sinks and fixtures.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
• Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use of protective equipment as required.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repairs required.

Requirements

• Due to the location applicants must be able to drive and have their own transport.
• Previous cleaning operative experience (desirable)
