An Oil & Gas UK work group has produced an information paper on the changes to how goods are imported from or exported to the UK Continental Shelf. The main legislation governing customs procedures known as the Community Customs Code was replaced by the Union Customs Code on 1 May. Some of the changes came into force immediately, while others will be phased in over time.
