• Location: Corby
• Position: Vehicle Polisher
• Working Hours: Sunday PM – Thursday AM 10pm-6AM
• Salary: £20.41 per hour

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You’ll work under the Workshop Shift Manager, carrying out any necessary polish and vehicle finishing techniques to ensure vehicles are in pristine condition prior to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• To prepare and carryout any necessary polish techniques.
• To ensure that all vehicles are completing using appropriate SMART Techniques
• To ensure all materials are used within the manufacture’s instruction and minimal usage for effective repair.
• To remove and replace / fit protector moulding, transfer and decals if required.
• To apply finishing materials, water and solvency-based materials.
• To carry out buffering and burnishing on parts and panels.
• To adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• To undertake any other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function

About you?

• To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
• Previous SMART Vehicle Polishing experience. 
• Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
