RMS – Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting an Office Manager on behalf of our client, an Industrial Client in Gateshead.

This is a Temporary to Permanent position, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company who are at the forefront of their industry.

Working Hours are: 07:30 – 16:30 – Monday to Friday

Role Overview: The client is looking for an energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic and well organised individual to run the day to day office activities. The role is best suited to a self-starter who is not afraid of challenge, is hungry for success.

Day to Day duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Processing and ensuring correct working times for employees via an electronic time management system (TMS) and job tracking system (Job Logic);
* Producing timesheets and pay reports;
* Maintaining employee records, holidays, absences, and personal time.
* Maintaining employees training records;
* Issue engineers with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and making sure engineers have up to date PPE;

To be considered this position you must:

* Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook;
* Accounts System knowledge and experience – VT Transaction Plus – Alternative softwares Sage, XERO, Quick Books;
* Job Logic or other job tracking system – essential
* Mitrefinch TMS System or other HR/Time Management software;
* Able to run the office professionally, independently and address any issues
* Human Resources Management experience – 1 year required;
* Purchase Ledger/Bookkeeping/ Accounts experience – 1 year required;
* Office Management experience – 1 year essential
