RMS – Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, in Northallerton

This is a permanent position, this is an exciting opportunity to join a company who are at the forefront of their industry

Working Hours are: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm alternate Saturdays

Role Overview: Handling customer enquiries, both on the phone and via email. A mix of sales and customer service and an opportunity to join a very successful friendly sales team in an expanding company.

Day to Day duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Handling incoming customer enquiries
* Inform customers of product updates
* Maximise awareness and sales
* Upsell products to new clients over the phone
* Grow the client database
* Manage customer accounts
