RMS – Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, in South Shields

This is a long term temporary assignment. With a guranteee of at least three months work.

Working Hours are: 10am – 8pm Monday to Thursday

Role Overview: Our client is looking to recruit a highly-professional, energetic, enthusiastic and experienced outbound Call Handler to contact students to fill out a short questionnaire (only 2-3 minutes).

Day to Day duties will include, but are not limited to:

* To manually dial and consistently contact a high volume of students to complete relevant questionnaires.
* Following a scripted survey and completing it timely and accurately.
* Meeting targets in a fast and fun environment.

To be considered this position you must:

* Confident in managing workloads to ensure you meet targets within agreed timeframes, without comprising on quality.
* Ability to control the direction of calls and guide students through the survey.
* Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office.
