• Location: Corby
• Position: CNC Wheel Technician
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday – 2 shift rotation 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
• Salary: £17.75 per hour (Overtime and Unsociable hours at an Increased rate)

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator/Alloy Wheel Refurbisher to join our client. As an Alloy Wheel Refurbisher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and performance of vehicles by repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels. This role requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of alloy wheels to identify damage, scratches, dents, and other imperfections.·Prepare the wheels for painting as per the detailed instruction, using appropriate tools.
• Carrying out small alloy wheel repairs
• Diamond Cutting
• Mix paint to ensure a perfect match
• Perform quality checks on completed alloy wheel repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. 
• Follow health and safety guideleines. 

About you:

• Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Painter
• Experience with CNC Machines / Wheel Repairs
• Full UK driving licence, with less than 6 penalty points / No DR10 Offences
• Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
