Gestamp’s UK manufacturing operation is controlled and managed by some of the highest skilled and technical engineers in the automotive industry.

In 2014, Gestamp appointed RMS as a tier 1 supplier for permanent professional recruitment with the objective to reduce the skills gap by increasing technical appointments across the UK for their Newton Aycliffe, Washington, Cannock, Fareham and Llanelli plants.

Disciplines and requirements varied from skilled production and tool room personnel to design, prototype, engineering, commercial and senior management appointments.
