• Position: Robot Welder
• Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour
• Shifts: 2-shift rotation (6.00am–2.30pm / 2.30pm–11.00pm)
• Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding machinery
• Perform accurate welds on components with varying material thicknesses
• Remove spatter during cycle time
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and interpret technical drawings
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations

About You:

• Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment
• Ability to use manual power tools confidently
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and SOPs
• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Basic manual welding skills – desirable but not essential
