RMS Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives to join our client’s team based in Newton Aycliffe.

You will be working Monday to Thursday, 8AM to 6:30PM. The salary for this role is £12.21 per hour. This a temporary to permanent position.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces of products for coating
• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment within the spray booths
• Perform quality inspections on all products throughout the manufacturing process
• Carry out shot blasting (when required)
• Assist with manual handling, including moving metal frames and products around the site
• Assemble and fit product components
• Apply coatings to products as per specifications
• Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all tasks
• Report any quality issues or defects to a team leader or supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Confidence in your work and a readiness to take on additional responsibilities when needed
• Previous experience desirable, however no essential as training will be provided.
