HSE Administrator

RMS are supporting a world leading manufacturer in recruiting an HSE Administrator for a permanent contract based in Peterlee

Responsible for processing a range of HSE administration functions by providing support to the HSE team

To coordinate all aspects of HSE facilities management

* Providing day to day HSE & Fire admin support to the HSE team
* Assist in the electronic filing of minutes and reports
* Compile accurate Company weekly and monthly reports including KPIs
* Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
* Log and communicate all internal and external reports
* Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date on the IMS system
* Assist in the creation and delivery of HSE dojo awareness session
* Other duties as and when required in support of the HSE team

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years’ administration experience

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* GCSE A-C grade including English / Mathematics / ICT
* A Level standard (desirable)
* Level 2 Business Admin (essential)
* Full range of communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access
* Proactive approach and willing to learn
* Work well in a team
* Demonstrate high standard of organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Demonstrate ability to deal with information in a confidential manner
