RMS Recruitment are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join the team at our client based in Shildon on a temporary basis. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.59 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (approximately 3 months, with potential to be extended)
Location: Shildon, Co. Durham
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing and responding to emails
- Handling general enquiries and directing queries to the appropriate departments
- Providing general administrative support as required
About You:
- Previous administrative experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using basic office systems and email
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
