Temporary Administrator

RMS are supporting one of our clients in recruiting a TEMPORARY Administrator for an 8 week contract based in Immingham

Responsible for supporting the department with Documentation verification

Duties will include:

* Data Entry
* Checking information
* Verifying documentation
* Checking expriy dates
* Chasing for missing information
* Filing, scanning and recording

To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years’ office experience

* Data entry experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines
