RMS are supporting the Local Authorities across the Durham area in recruiting temporary administrators to cover assignments throughout the Council Departments.
Opportunities available will include Full time and Part time roles across the local authorities.
Applicants must be available for temporary roles and have the following experience:
Experience of working in a busy office environment
* Working as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient with MS Office packages
* Good attention to detail
Duties may include:
* Answering calls
* Working on reception
* Filing faxing and photocopying
* Maintaining records
* Taking minutes
* Data entry
* Copy typing
* Manipulating data
* Working on projects
* Data inputting
* Ad Hoc Admin duties
