RMS – Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting a Proposals & Sales Co-Ordinator on behalf of our client, a Global Oil & Gas organisation based in the County Durham area. Reporting directly to the Group Proposals Manager you will work as an integral part of the Proposals & business development team holding responsibility for provide support to the Proposals, Sales & Business Development team in general day to day duties

Day to Day duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Assist with receipt and preparation of enquiry and bid documentation
* Ensure all enquiries are logged, progressed and submitted in accordance with quality procedures and client requirements
* Assist with the development and maintenance of the CRM database and project tracker
* Maintain, Update & Preparation of pre-qualification documentation to new and existing clients
* Coordination of Pre-qualification and vendor assessments including customer feedback
* Assist with the coordination of industry registrations
* Assist with the monitoring of web emails
* Processing of client purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
* Carry out other tasks within the competence of the role
* Liaise with client throughout review / bid period
* Assist with preparation of contract review sheet and conduct handover to Projects of successful enquiries
* Support the Bid team in the delivery of opportunities
* Contribute to writing proposal documents and pre-qualification forms
* Ad-hoc cover on Reception

To be considered this position you will ideally have a degree in Business Administration or another relevant field as well as:

* A minimum of 4 years experience in similar role
* The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Co-ordinate the delivery of customer proposals with our Sales, Pricing and Design teams
* Conscientious, with a solid understanding of the market and able to articulate what customers are looking for
* The ability to multi-task, work in a dynamic environment and to remain calm under pressure
* Confident, proactive and positive with the willingness to accept responsibility

* Proficient in MS Office
