Customer Service Administrator

Based at a busy vehicle import centre in Southampton Docks, we are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join our Customer Services team.

This is an administration role which will involve liaising with customers and internal colleagues.

Duties include;

* Raising purchase orders
* Inputting orders
* Checking delivery dates and PODs
* Emailing correspondence
* Answering telephones
* General office duties

This is an on going position with an immediate start.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.

Rate of pay: £9 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, previous experience within an automotive role would be desirable.

All applicants must be team players, have a good telephone manner and be confident using , Outlook, Word and Excel.
