RMS are excited to be recruiting for an Administrator for our engineering client based in Billingham.
 
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8:30AM until 5PM and Friday 8:30AM to 1:30PM. You also get a 30 minute lunch on Monday to Thursday. This is a fully office based role. The company are offering up to £13 per hour depending on experience.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities will include:
  • To collate test certificates, WPS/PQR, quality plans, radiographic reports, NDT reports, PED documentation and complete documentation dossiers.
  • To understand and interpret client documentation requirements.
  • To cross check location sheets to test certification.
  • The ability to liaise with all departments to generate and then issue the required documentation.
  • To input specification and test results onto the production management system daily.
  • To liaise with visiting inspectors in finalisation of documentation packs.
  • Requisition stationery and printing of dossiers.
As an ideal candidate, you will have the following skills/experience:
  • Previous experience of documentation control.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
  • Competent working with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
  • Highly organised and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good understanding of health & safety, environmental issues and quality rules.
