ECITB is Engineering Construction Industry Training Board which works closely with employers and the Government to attract develop and qualify engineering construction personnel in a wide range of craft, technical and professional skills and disciplines. It has developed a project collaboration toolkit to encourage the changes in culture and behaviour essential to make the UK industry competitive and maximise economic recovery.
